Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

Putting your trust in the right hands when you need it the most.

Having people in place to attend to your financial, and medical affairs if you can't do so is one of the most important decisions you can make.

You need to allow trusted people to have legal access to your affairs and decisions, otherwise, you can be faced with extremely stressful and expensive legal barriers.

Property and Financial Affairs LPA
This type of LPA allows you to appoint one or more trusted individuals (known as attorneys) to make decisions about your finances and property on your behalf.

These decisions can include managing bank accounts, paying bills, collecting benefits, selling property, and making investments. The appointed attorneys can act on your behalf while you still have mental capacity, as well as if you lose capacity in the future due to illness, injury, or old age.

Health and Welfare LPA
With a Health and Welfare LPA, you designate individuals to make decisions about your health and personal welfare if you become unable to make these decisions for yourself.

This can include choices about medical treatment, care options, living arrangements, and end-of-life care. It’s important to note that your attorneys can only make decisions about your health and welfare when you lack the capacity to do so yourself.

The process you need to complete can be confusing and time-consuming.

We offer a full “hand-holding” service, to help take away the stress.
